“Car ran a stop sign and I broad sided her at 30 miles an hou in my 2014 Nissan JUKE. She was going 30miles an hour too too. The front airbag did not deploy. Nissan inspected the car and said that everything worked fine. I have a cracked sternum and two badly bruise knees. I want you to investigate this crash as my daughter is driving a 2012 Nissan JUKE and it may have the same faulty airbag,”

NHTSA complaint #11279884, filed 2019-11, 65,000 miles

“Driver's steering wheel mounted airbag deployed with no impact or accident. No prior accident or repairs to my vehicle. No noises or vibrations occurred in my vehicle prior to or on the day of the accident. I did not hear or see any fault code regarding the vehicle's airbag system while I was driving.”

NHTSA complaint #11149873, filed 2018-11, 60,000 miles

“Passenger airbag will turn off when car is in motion or stationary and has person of reasonable weight in it. I weigh 115 pounds and my husband weighs 200 pounds, the airbag light says it is off when either one of us are in the seat at random times. The dealership service department said I just did not weigh enough at 115 pounds for the sensor to work appropriately.”

NHTSA complaint #10863166, filed 2016-05, 10,000 miles

“I had a hard on collision to the back of another car traveling at well over 25mph. My body hit the steering wheel so hard that my sternum was cracked d own the middle. None of the airbags deployed. They should have. If not for the seat belt I would be dead.”

NHTSA complaint #10937136, filed 2016-12, 19,000 miles

“I was involved in a serious crash in a 2014 Nissan Juke. The vehicle broke through a fence, traveled downhill, and rolled multiple times before coming to rest upside down. The crash caused severe structural damage: Roof crushed down to seat level Windshield shattered Rear of vehicle pushed into back seat Door panels detached Despite the severity of the rollover and final inverted position, no airbags deployed, including side curtain airbags. I was wearing my seatbelt and sustained ongoing nerve damage and pain. …”
