“The contact owns a 2024 Nissan Kicks. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle veered to the left or right. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who performed a tire alignment; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was returned to the independent mechanic, who could not determine the cause of the failure and referred the contact to a dealer. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnosis or repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 21,421.”
