“My wife was involved in a head on collision and her seat belt failed to hold her from slamming into the steering wheel as a result I beleive her injuries were more severe than they would have been if the seatbelt would have held her from slamming into the steering wheel. Her chest and mouth hit the steeringwheel causing her teeth to loosen and she has severe chest, neck and back pain.”
