“Without any warning and sporadically as I am driving the vehicle it will jerk and then shut off, leaving me with no control over the steering or brakes. Sometimes it will be hard to start but will eventually start and this is also a random occurance. My main concern is it shutting off while driving and leaving me with no control.”
NHTSA complaint #11044987, filed 2017-11, 165,000 miles“The gas gauge on my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder doesn't work properly. This problem has been recalled on several other year models, but they will not fix my 2005. I have run out of gas 3 times, once with my grandmother, my 2 yr. Old daughter and my 2 month old daughter. I cannot afford to fix this problem. The brakes have also gone out twice on this vehicle.”
