“I am writing to formally report a serious and ongoing safety concern regarding my Nissan Pathfinder. During the initial test drive, conducted on a particularly windy day, I noticed sharp and sudden pulling to both the left and right while traveling at freeway speeds. At the time, I attributed much of this instability to the wind conditions and proceeded with the purchase. However, since taking ownership of the vehicle, the problem has persisted under normal driving conditions. While traveling on the freeway, the vehicle will unpredictably and forcefully pull to either side without warning. …”
