“Not a safety defect that I am complaining about, but a cosmetic I guess you would say. We purchased the minivan in nov 99, by aug of 2000 we noticed cracks on the roof - the paint of the vehicle's roof is now totally peeled off and rusty the hood is cracking too. Since aug 2000 we have been trying to find out how to go about having the paint repaired. We have gotten the run around from then until now. The vehicle is now out of warranty range so that is now the reason Nissan claims that they cannot re-paint it. …”
