“The vehicle main computer is directly under the driver windshield. It rusted out and failed. Because it was totally unprotected and subject to rain, snow excessive heat, I had to have it replaced to the cost of $1,000. Completely preventable. I demand a refund and a recall notice issued. Thank you!”

NHTSA complaint #11023799, filed 2017-09, 115,000 miles

“Nissan Quest cluster loses ability to moniter fuel and temperature , which caused me to run out of fuel while travelling at a speed of 55mph. After researching online I see there is a repair but how does the dealer not see an issue with this problem. The lcd screen essentially peel away from the screen due to heat or humidity . I see this as a danger and I feel it puts my family along with others in danger .”

“I have a 2004 Nissan Quest, we have experienced numerous problems including the power sliding door opening at 60mph.(Nissan put in a rubber bumper on the door) the power drivers window wont go back up after using auto down(Nissan unable to find a problem) transmission starts off in 3rd gear from a stop almost causing accidents.(3rd time we have complained and hasn't been fixed yet(Nissan does not know why it is happening).”

NHTSA complaint #10197902, filed 2007-07, 37,000 miles

“My van has been repeatedly in the shop since the day we bought. First it was the internal light relay, then noise from the AC, then the dvd/radio didn't work, then rattles from doors, back windows and seats, then all the recall items lastly more rattles in the back and the passenger airbag sensor which ive been informed cannot be fixed. They haven't come up with a fix for that problem yet.”
