“The contact owns a 2008 Nissan Quest. After the ignition key was turned to the on position, the vehicle failed to start intermittently without warning. In addition, while driving at night, the head lamps randomly became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the brake line or ignition system may need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 132,256.”
