“The contact owns a 2013 Nissan Quest. The contact stated while driving 5 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle would attempt to stop but continued moving forward. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the local dealer. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 103,572.”
