2020: “My emergency braking system engaged as I was driving. I was going approx. 35 miles per hour on a city street when it happened. It made a loud grinding sound as it jerked my vehicle to an immediate stop in traffic, causing all the seat belts to jerk tight as we were thrown against them. It only lasted for a split second and I was able to resume driving.”

NHTSA complaint #11397072, filed 2021-02, 34,764 miles

2014: “My husband and I were in a head on and sustained injuries to my neck, chest abdomen, and knees. Neither the driver nor the passenger airbags went off during the accident. No lights were present no warning, lights or messages prior to the accident and we were both wearing our seatbelts. I received significant whiplash, bruising, and injuries confirmed by x-rays and feel that the airbags not going off in this collision only made it worse.”

NHTSA complaint #11719474, filed 2026-02, 172,395 miles

2013: “Vehicle will not get up to speed when driven for a 45 minute period of time and won't allow me to pick.up to state speed I noticed there's been complaints about this issue due to a low temperature governor on the vehicle and that makes it dangerous for the other people traveling due to that issue I was on the interstate 25 traveling south”
