“Door lock froze to due the cold weather. Nissan Rogue was in a garage when the incident occurred. This same problem has happened the last 3 years and Nissan has always fixed the problem until now. Dealership is saying that the cost of repair will be $800. I will never buy a Nissan again and they have the worst customer service of any major car company I have ever dealt with.”

The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing, but the results were unknown. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 23,000. Updated 09/26/14 the consumer stated after driving 80 continuous miles the vehicle would loose power. It would decelerate to 30mph and not respond to acceleration. The manufacturer was notified and refused any assistance. …”
