I was driving down having a problem with keeping my windows from fogging up and had taken my eyes out from the road to look at my defrost knobs to make adjustments. When I looked back up, there was a truck stopped at the intersection which I hit dead on at a speed of 40mph. I believe I had enough time to take my foot off the gas pedal and start to apply my brake before colliding into the rear of the truck. …”
