Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I purchased a new 2026 Nissan Sentra SV with the convenience package and am currently unable to take delivery due to the image on the backup camera being so blurry I am unable to use it. The dealer told me it was a software issue, however, now they are saying the car needs a new camera and they do not have a timeline when they will be in stock. My safety and the safety of others are put at risk due to me not being able to use the backup camera at all.”
