“The contact owns a 2012 niacin Versa. The contact stated that the evaporated coil failed. The vehicle was not diagnosed by a dealer. An independent mechanic replaced the evaporated coil, but did not determine what caused the failure. The manufacturer was notified and stated that the vehicle was not included in a warranty or recall campaign. The approximate failure mileage was 32,662.”
