“Hello I have a Nissan Versa 2008 which has 22000 miles on it. This is the 4th time in less than 2 months it fails on me in the middle of the highway. Just stop taking fuel and everytime the dealer is saying the pump needs to be changed. There is a defect in the Nissan Versa model of 2008 and they should be recalled. It happened to me while driving 60 MPH and all of a sudden stop taking gas and I cant steer the wheel. Thank god everytime the highway was empty and I could fight with the steering wheel (cause the car is down) to take it to the side road and call a tow truck. …”

The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that there was a hole in the low line hose and needed to be replaced along with the air conditioner compressor. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure and current mileage was 15,242.”
