“After rounding a curve and seeing a deer and thinking how lucky I was that it didn't jump out in front of me, my engine died and I lost control of the vehicle. It went off into the drivers side ditch and hit a field driveway culvert with the divers side tire, which ultimately bent the frame and totaled my car.. However, the airbags did deploy and I had only a minor injury. My elbow went through a drivers side air vent. Since my car is totaled and the recall sounds like it was the cause, can I get my car fixed or some kind of compensation? …”

“When I drove on high way or local, suddenly the car is power off, engine and power steering do not work at all, need pull over restart several times, then drive a while this happen again. This happened several times in the past years. I got recall 14350 and the dealer fixed the key ring, I thought the power off problem is gone, but it happened again, this may cause crash and serious injury. I don't know what I can do for this, I cannot afford new car and definitely will not sold this defect car to anyone else.”
