NHTSA complaint #11286579, filed 2019-12, 133,664 miles“The contact owns a 2010 Pontiac G6. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the windshield wipers failed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnosis and the contact was informed that the wiper transmission and module would need to be replaced. Two years prior to the failure, the wiper transmission and module had been replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The failure and current mileage was 90,000. Updated 10/23/13”
NHTSA complaint #10536500, filed 2013-08, 90,000 miles“Leaking sunroof/moonroof issue: there is a leak in the front seat near the interior light switch and sunroof button area. I have had this issue looked at several times at several dealerships. They state you must pay a bogus diagnostic test fee only to tell you there is a back up in the sunroof runoff drain area that causes the leak. Stated they needed to clean the drains. After they clean/ unclog the drains, the next rainy day comes and the leak is back. …”
