“Accelerator pedal got stuck while merging into traffic. After merging into traffic I removed my foot from the gas pedal but the car rpms were continuing to go higher. Inmediatelly hit on the brakes and the car was stopped but the engine was revving. Then I put the transmission in neutral and turned of the engine. With the engine off and my hazzard lights on, I pushed on the gas pedal several times until it returned to the normal position. I re-started my car and the pedal was again fine. This happened in des plaines illinois at around 7:45 am. …”

I put the car in neutral and had the brake pedal to the floor and the car was scooting as if it was still in gear and trying to pull itself. I had to put the car in park to get it to stop and I turned the engine off. …”

In nov of 2005 I took the vehicle back in due to improper shifting, there I was told they had to do a lot of transmisson work. They had my car for 2 days. Now in april of 2006 my car barely makes it to 40 MPH, chugging all the way.
