“Perelli scorpion Verde tires started showing sidewall degradation and pitting in 2003 or earlier – the earliest photos we have are dated 2003. The tires had to be replaced due to the degradation and we requested the tire shop to look into a warranty claim. The tire shop changed hands and we went through four managers and weren’t able to get a clear answer, during that time the tires continued to get worse and pit. We found numerous reports on the Internet of the same tire having a identical issue and believe it is a material defect and safety issue of this tire.”
