Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“TPMS system has stopped working and is not related to the sensors in the tires. All 4 sensors read with a handheld scanner but the system does not operate as it should. Dealership has checked the system and said the system is working as it should, yet the system is inoperable. This is a serious safety issue as anyone driving the vehicle will be unaware if there is a low tire and can lead to a blowout.”
