Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Discovered that the passenger side seat belt warning chime does not operate when someone is sitting in the passenger side front seat. I contacted the manufacturer just now who told me no one will be in contact with me, they just take the information. I asked the value of their customer care and they responded I don’t know. A case number was assigned but again, I was informed no one will make contact. I would think this is a safety law violation especially since we live in California. I need help here please.”
