“I purchased a set of four new kumho tires; the next day while accelerating after a full stop at a yield sign, the driver side front tire suddenly decompressed. The wheel cover broke and traveled across the road into a field. The tire bead apparently unsealed. The car stopped safely and there is no other damage other tan the tire and wheel cover.”

Car/tires has 4,000 miles, noticed a sidewall bulge on one tire..took car to goodyear dealer, manager stated bulge due to high impact damage. I don't know what his definition of high impact is ? Vehicle has never been off road conditions, only normal city driving. Vehicle has never exceeded 45 miles per hour (to date)...never hitting hole/holes to cause damage. Very concerned about quality and/or defects in tire...”
