NHTSA complaint #10576850, filed 2014-04, 37,305 miles“My 6 day old Saturn VUE - hybrid had 242 miles on it when the low battery light went on. The check engine lights went on, then the ABS, traction control, and passenger air bag light illuminated. I was able to get to the dealers, coasted in to their shop. The new car sat there for 12 days before I was able to drive it. The starter/ generator control module had to be replaced. It had to come from an outside supplier, who claimed to have shipped it, but had no tracking number, and supposedly it could not be found. It finally arrived after the car was in the shop for 12 days and was installed.”

Had to bring vehicle under 35 MPH to get steering under control (almost lost control into cement barrier) when trying to accelerate back to speed limit vehicle vibrated violently for almost 2 miles until I was able to get off highway. …”
NHTSA complaint #10712115, filed 2015-04, 115,000 miles“When the car starts the steering locks up and makes the car difficult to drive. The brakes also grind and the transmission makes noises.
