“The contact owns a 2006 Suzuki BOULEVARD M109R. While driving 25 MPH, the turn signal light lenses fell off the vehicle. The dealer replaced the lenses in the past, but refuses to any more. The contact feels that the lenses will continue to fall off the vehicle and prevent him from using the turn signals. The current mileage was 14,500 and failure mileage was 500. Updated 062909 updated 07/01/09.”
