2007: “Major loss of power to the ground. Mainly in second gear if I open the throttle to anything above say 20% twist of the wrist the rpms go up but bike wont gain speed while already driving. Clutch does not show signs of burning up and all seems normal there. Ive adjusted it per Suzuki's manual and followed their updated method via service bulletin the next time I made adjustment. …”
NHTSA complaint #11310508, filed 2020-02, 22,000 miles2006: “Bought my metzeler me880 280/35 18 on may 11th. On june 18th I noticed cracking on the outside of tire. With only 1400 mikes on it I contacted rocky mountain atv about the issue. I ended up sending it back to get a replacement. I received my newer tire on july 7th. And inspected the tire noticed the tire had the markings of where the first tire cracked at. So now sending it back for a refund very disappointed in this tire. At this time”
NHTSA complaint #11004678, filed 2017-07, 23,000 miles2008: “When riding my motorcycle it jumps out of 2nd gear at 2000-3000 RPM,s. I contacted the Suzuki corporation. I asked if they had a recall on this problem and they stated no. I was told to take my bike to the dealer and let them diagnose the problem and I would have to pay for the repairs. My bike is a 2008 with less than 10,000 miles on it. This is unfair because it's a problem with a lot of the m109 I almost was rear ended on several occasion.”
