“Front driver's seat has loose track and rocks while driving. Dealer attempted a quick fix per TSB to no avail. Toyota rep advised Toyota would replace the seat track, but dealer stated I would have to cover the $350.00 labor charge. I was advised there was a technical service bulletin on defect, but I still had to pay for the labor. If there is a known defect, materilas and labor should be at the expense of Toyota.”
