NHTSA complaint #10644789, filed 2014-10, 41,200 miles“The contact owns a 2008 Toyota solara. While driving various speeds the vehicle would pull to the right. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the tires were rotated. After rotating the tires the vehicle would then pull towards the left. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where one of the tires were replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle continued to pull to the right and she had to rotate the tires very often because they were beginning to wear rapidly. The failure mileage was 10 and the current mileage was 25,000.”

He took the vehicle to the dealer on numerous occasions and they realigned the vehicle twice; however, the failure still persists. The technician stated that the drifting was a common characteristic for the camry and solara. The contact filed a complaint with the manufacturer.
