“Steel brake line running from the front to the rear of the vehicle along the driver's side frame rail rusted through near the front of the vehicle. Lost all braking, narrowly avoided a collision by swerving around a stopped vehicle and driving through an intersection where the traffic light turned red. This is the second steel hydraulic line that has rusted though on this vehicle. The first was the power steering cooler line.”

NHTSA complaint #10471436, filed 2012-08, 119,556 miles

“When applying brakes at high/low speeds, the brakes would fail to catch right away. The problem is intermittent. Took to dealer & could not find anything.”
