“Battery died the beginning of august - jump started and drove to the dealership service center. I was told that the battery was fine and that short distance driving can drain the battery - since I drive 45 miles a day to and from work, that is not a valid excuse . Now, 3 weeks later, my car was parked on a flat surface for 36 hours with nothing left on - and the car is completely dead. Tested the battery myself before jumpstarting it - and it full. Absolutely no reason why my car should not start.”
NHTSA complaint #11350829, filed 2020-08, 3,200 miles“I purchased the vehicle (new) on 6/03/2020. On 6/16/2020, warning lights and buzzers went on as I was driving the vehicle. The warnings told me that there was a problem with my brakes, and that I should pull over as soon as possible. I drove to a nearby parking lot. The brakes continued to work. I turned the car off and restarted it, thinking it might be a computer glitch in what was a brand new car. When I restarted the car, I backed out of my parking spot to test the brakes. The car stopped, but the brakes seemed weaker. Ultimately, the vehicle was towed to the dealership. …”
