“Car Play, GPS, Voice Control system. Car Play and GPS is always off, sending wrong directions to get to a place. Voice control system interacts without being started by driver. I have been to the dealership where I bought the car; they know and acknowledge there is something wrong but they said there is no resolution at the moment.”

NHTSA complaint #11647472, filed 2025-03“The 12.3 in multi media display keeps going blank while driving I have taking it back a couple of times and still does it on the way back from a trip this year the screen went blank while I was using the map in a city and about got into a accident”
NHTSA complaint #11723075, filed 2026-03“Driving on the interstate highway when the sunroof glass just shattered. Luckily the cover was closed so no one was hit by the glass. Cars behind me could have been hit by flying glass. I have heard of this happening in the 2021 Rav 4's. The sunroof was looked by a Toyota dealership and they didn't say anything about it, only saying it was not covered under warranty. There not indications of cracking or any else prior to the shattering.”
