2025 Toyota Sienna Hybrid Brakes Problems

“When i am driving from high speed and trying to use my brakes, the whole rear car will start shaking around 48/45 miles per hour , I can hear our car seat from our baby how it makes vibrating noises and i can see my both door mirrors they're shaking too, and when it drops to 40mil per hour the shaking goes away. Went to the local Toyota dealer 3 times and they're saying that's normal. Very disappointed with a brand new car. We have another new car and doesn't do that for sure... Called Toyota national, open a case and they're saying, mechanic can't find anything wrong. …”

“The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving downhill, the brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle lurched forward. The failure reoccurred during the transition between braking and charging the braking system. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, but the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a service task. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.”
