“I don't have a quality issue. My problem is the headrests that have to meet NHTSA requirements. When I drive my car, the headrests kill my neck! I'm not even under a doctor's care, but I may have to be, if I keep this vehicle as long as I expect to. Please consider revising the headrest requirements. I think there may be an untold number of consumers with neck and spinal problems due to this mandate.”
