“The truck started to make a rattling noise under the hood on the drivers side when reaching 15mph. Took it to dealer to have it examined. They said to try different gas not cheap gas. I was already using shell gas but I did what they said. Still making the noise now from 20-40mph. Take it back to dealer now they take a test drive with myself to verify the noise. Comes back that it has a tas case# there's nothing they can do about it. I call to file a complaint to find out there is no repair and they will not touch it till it becomes a recall. …”

The contact stated that the check engine and traction control warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who informed him about a Special Service Campaign: 20TC01. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the air injection pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed him that the Special Service Campaign: 20TC01 had expired. …”
