“The contact owns a 2026 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while driving, the vehicle lost braking functionality, and the brake pedal was depressed to the floorboard. The contact stated that several warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was safely coasted to a stop. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer failed to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was released back to the contact. The failure mileage was 1,600.”
