“On 3/14/14 I noticed my low beam passenger side headlight was not functioning. I checked the fuses and found all were in proper order. I purchased a new light bulb and installed it. The headlight did not function. I tested the original passenger side bulb in the drivers side fixture and the bulb functioned properly. I took the vehicle to a Toyota dealer and after their inspection, they determined the computer light control had quit functioning. The part number on the box the replacement part came in is: computer, ballast, 85967-06020. …”

The rain here in florida has shown that it is raining inside my vehicle. I have contacted the dealer, I have contacted my insurance company. I have done research and it's a known issue with this vehicle. I need help in correcting this. I am not driving the vehicle because it was shorting out the electric in the car. I have a tarp over it now. Can you point me in the direction of where to turn?”
