“To Whom It May Concern, I am reporting a recurring safety defect involving the exterior side mirrors of my vehicle. The vehicle has a driver-profile system that stores the seat and side-mirror positions. When the vehicle is unlocked, the mirrors are supposed to return to the positions saved in the driver's profile. Instead, approximately 6 out of 10 times I unlock the vehicle after it has been allowed to enter sleep mode for about 10 minutes, the side mirrors move to an incorrect and seemingly random position. Sometimes they move too far outward and other times too far inward. …”
NHTSA complaint #11768044, filed 2026-09“The forward collision warning keeps faulting. The software sends incorrect errors and shuts off some of the safety features when doing so. The steering wheel is stuck in the 'exit' position, meaning it's retracted and in the highest position, making it difficult to maneuver. Various alarms randomly sound for no reason. The car has had multiple software updates and the problems remain persistent.”
