NHTSA complaint #11388192, filed 2021-01, 15,000 miles2022: “I need a switch that goes in the steering column. This switch controls auto start/stop, cruise control, lane keeping assist, front pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control and much more. This switch is currently not available and has been unavailable for purchase for well over a month. I feel that I am not driving a safe vehicle and that because my vehicle was low volume car there is very little concern from VW to get this part produced.”
NHTSA complaint #11729152, filed 2026-042023: “I am reporting a severe vehicle safety hazard introduced by Boston Volkswagen and ignored by Volkswagen Group of America. The dealership delivered a 2023 Volkswagen Arteon with an incorrect, non-factory wheel offset and tire configuration that dramatically alters the engineered suspension geometry, creating a high risk of tire contact against suspension struts and brake lines. Due to widespread public records of consumer deceit at this location, I have not contacted Boston Volkswagen directly. …”
