“The contact owns a 2010 Volkswagen CC. The contact was driving approximately 50 MPH, when he noticed that there was excessive vibration and shaking within the steering wheel, exterior door panels and floorboard area which caused difficulty in maintaining the control of the vehicle. The failure occurred the same day of the vehicle purchase date and continued when driving at the speed rate of 50 MPH or greater. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on five different occasions for the identical problem. …”
