“The contact owns a 2014 Volkswagen CC. The contact stated that while pressing the brake pedal the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration causing the vehicle to crash into a steel pole and a second vehicle. The contact suffered head and stomach injuries during the crash. A police report was filed. The failure was not diagnosed nor was the vehicle repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 3000.”
