2011 Volkswagen CC Vehicle speed control Problems

“The contact owns a 2011 Volkswagen CC. The contact stated that while driving 55 MPH, the accelerator pedal became stuck as the vehicle continued to accelerate. The contact stated that he had to pull on the pedal in order to release it. The vehicle was taken to dealer who did not provide a diagnosis. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who stated they would contact him at a later date. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 19,678. …”

“While driving my vehicle on the highway, the computer flashed a warning that there is a parking break error and the vehicle proceeded to stop. When pressing the gas pedal the car would not move. Following the repeated ( over 6 times) shutting down and restarting of the car the parking error warning and the engine light appeared and vehicle once again proceeded to stop and no forward motion took place when gas pedal was pressed. Vehicle shut down on two major highways at high traffic/ rush hour times. Following these incidents the vehicle was repaired by sunrise Volkswagen dealership. …”
