“My car shut down while I was driving the car had fuel and wasn't able to register there was fuel in the car and was told it was the throttle body and that my converter went bad. It had all the signs of a fuel component problem. I am told the converter and throttle body damage can be directly from the fuel pump issues.”

“A little over a month ago, I was leaving work and came to a stop light. I accelerated to go after the light turned green and the CC started to accelerate, and then with no warning, it completely locked down and stalled. I was able to crank it back up and went home without incident. There were no warning messages, lights...anything to indicate a problem. Later that day, I took my daughter to dance and experienced the same issue. I was able to turn around and the next day we put the car in the shop. …”

NHTSA complaint #10817283, filed 2015-12, 85,000 miles

“I was driving the engine died at freeway speeds. With no power it was dangerous for me to get to the side of the road safely. If it had been at night, im not sure I would hve made it. The problem turned out to be n205 valve. It is a know problem that there is a screen that can fall apart and block the valve from moving oil to the cam shaft. Causing the timing to move and cause catastrophic engine failure. The mechanics at the dealership say it is a issue they see all the time. They said the new version of the part is to correct that. …”
