I replaced my brakes as one mechanic thought because the ABS brake light went on - that was needed. The ABS light still stayed on. Last week the ABS light and and engine light and brake light went on and my car lost power and control on a busy highway at night leaving me on the side of the rode in danger and had to call aaa. …”

Cleared fault code but it returns immediately when driving. Found there is nhdta recall for this yr/mdl but when VIN entered no recall found. Wanted to let you know that I I am experiencing the same issue as reported and hopefully you will take a look at my vehicle identification number and expand your recall as this issue is also affecting my vehicle. The campaign number is 16 v 913.”

While traveling with my two young sons for their spring break, my car completely failed (while in-motion), putting both my life and the lives of my two children in harm's way. The time and resources spent getting my car towed to the mechanic, emotional trauma/stress, and loss in productivity has been a blow for my family- not to mention the cost to repair (which I have yet to receive the invoice). …”

The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16v913000 (service brakes, hydraulic, electronic stability control). The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
