“When I purchased the vehicle, I had told sacramento nello Volvo that there was a issue with the handling of the car. I did not look at the rotors when I purchased the vehicle. I have been out of the country five times since the purchase of the car so, I have bearly driven the vehicle. I was fortunate that I was driving at a low speed when I used the brakes in a hard stop and they failed to prevent a collision. I was driving on a city street driving north towards travis afb.”

At the time of sale it was disclosed that the vehicle was used a dealer demonstration model with 7,327 miles on the vehicle and the vehicle had not been previously sold. It was disclosed that the dealer had swapped wheel sets with a newer 2016 XC60 that had just arrived on the dealers lot. After accepting delivery and driving the vehicle approximately 30 highway miles towards kansas city, the TPMS malfunction indicator illuminated. …”
