“The certified pre-owned (cpo) 2017 Acura MDX I purchased ion 07/24/20 from davis Acura in langhorne, pa should not be classified as a cpo! I paid my automotive repair shop of 20 years that maintained my lexus suvs to do their own 83-point detailed inspection on the Acura MDX.I was shocked in their reporting wheel alignment needed - recommended left rear tire edge wear & body ' evidence of previous accident damage to rear bumper, right front door, left side doors, left rear quarter panel & left front fender. …”

The vehicle sustained two points of impact: (1) substantial front/driver side impact (2) rear-passenger side impact. Despite the severity, location of impact and speed of travel at the time of the collision, all airbags deployed except for the driver side curtain airbag. Importantly, at the time of the crash, the Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) and associated AcuraWatch driver assist systems were activated. …”
