“Air passenger bag recall... It's already been over 6 months or so since last year (2016) that I inform Acura that I have a recall. I inform them that I would like to get it done as soon as possible because I drove around with my client, nieces, family, friends etc.. I already had accident which is only me in the car. Whenever its time for my car service, I would remind them or inform them again and again how long does it take? I drove the car everyday!!! This case of recall should be done right away not wait for half a year or so to get it done.. …”

“Takata recall. The contact owns a 2011 Acura TSX. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16v346000 (air bags); however, the parts for the recall repair were not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The VIN was invalid. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.”
