The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the blower motor and harness needed to be replaced. A local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 17v676000 (electrical system). The manufacturer was notified of the failure. …”
