2011: “I have bridgestone driveguard run flat tires ... Just had my 3rd blow out of a front tire in the last 18 months. Only 3 blow outs I've ever had in 48 years of driving. The blow out today was the replacement tire for the blow out 18 months ago ... So quite new with little wear. In all 3 cases the tire blew out (fractured) where the bead intersects the tire rim.”
NHTSA complaint #11338497, filed 2020-07, 105,980 miles2007: “I understand there was a recall for electrical failure on certain Bmw's. Recall 13v044. My vehicle bad a complete electrical failure in early december 2019. It now sits in my garage. Apparently my car was not part of the recall which I cannot understand. It exhibits all the failures indicated in the original recall. Please help”
NHTSA complaint #11291817, filed 2019-12, 104,000 miles2008: “My vehicle while driving will shut off but with power at least two times. Once I restart the car and continue to drive the car then shuts off completely and loses all power. The vehicle then will not have any head lights, turn signals or hazard lights won't work either. To try and remedy the problem, the power adapter had been replaced only for the vehicle to have the same issues.”
