“Regardless of weather or road conditions tires fail without warning if vehicle goes over a bump, covered pothole, etc. Tire will develop a bubble once vehicle goes over a bump or pothole, causing consumer to replace because concerned tire will blowout. Consumer had to replace all 4 tires since 11/27/02. Tires are rubbing against rim and have no buoyancy .”
