NHTSA complaint #11139052, filed 2018-10, 33,000 miles

“I am currently in litigation with Bmw USA over my vehicle still accelerating when I let my foot off the gas. Bmw of course said there are no fault codes in the system so therefore they cannot verify. Bmw initiated a theory that the turbochargers are still spooling and need to unwind. That is why the vehicle still accelerates after I let my foot off the gas. The car was in motion on a city street on three occasions in less than 900 miles.
