Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Car presents the forward collision mitigation and lane departure warning are inoperable. Errors popped up 10-20 times while driving a short distance. These are repeat errors that BMW has not fixed. As i drove the car kept alerting me that the systems were offline. They would come back online and go back offline as i drove. Car has been to dealership around 8-9 times and BMW says there is adamant that nothing is wrong with the car even though this error has been happening since I have had the car at around 1000 miles. Currently at ~13k miles now.”
